New Construction Cleaning: Consists of the removal of dust from all walls, trim around the doors, baseboards, outlets, light switches, floor vents, etc. All carpets will be vacuumed and hard surface floors vacuumed, swept, and mopped to that perfect shine. Window casings and sills will be wiped down, glass (on the inside of the house) will be cleaned to sparkly finish. All bathrooms from top to bottom will be removed of dust and debris. We will wipe down all shelving and vacuum carpets or mop floors in the walk-in closets, and pantries. Appliances and counter tops will be shinned to perfection. When we leave your New Construction Home it will be spotless.
Disclaimer: All New Construction buildings will have hidden dust in the heater/ac vents causing dust to appear from nowhere. We will come back for 1 touch up cleaning for fee before you move into your new home. Once you have moved furniture in it becomes a Residential Cleaning and you will be charged $30 per hour to clean.
